New Zealand residents
If you are a New Zealand resident Airpoints member without OneSmart functionality on your Airpoints card, or you haven't activated OneSmart on your card, please contact the Air New Zealand contact centre on 0800 Airpoints (0800 247 764). A fee may apply.
In the meantime, use your digital Airpoints card on the Air NZ mobile app to continue earning Airpoints Dollars at retailers or when travelling.
New Zealand residents - OneSmart
If you're a New Zealand resident Airpoints member and you have activated the optional OneSmart™ account on your Airpoints card, please phone the OneSmart call centre on 0800 787 555 to report the loss of your card. They will help you to order a replacement card for you. A fee may apply.
Please note, your new card may take up to four weeks to arrive.
Non-New Zealand residents
If you are an Airpoints member who does not qualify for Elite or Gold status and you do not reside in New Zealand, you will not be issued with a card. However, you can still use your digital card on your Air NZ mobile app.
Elite or Gold members can call the Air New Zealand contact centre on +64 9 357 3000 to request a replacement card. Silver members may also request to have a physical card if required. A fee may apply.
To continue earning Airpoints Dollars™ when you fly with Air New Zealand, just remember to enter your Airpoints number when you make a booking or check in for a flight.
Update your details
You can update your address details online. Simply sign in to your Air New Zealand Airpoints account, go to the 'My Profile' section and then amend the relevant details.
Check your balance
You can check your Airpoints balance online. Simply sign in to your Air New Zealand Airpoints account to access your balance.
