Air New Zealand and Singapore Airlines alliance partnership sees the two airlines operating codeshare services on each other's flights between New Zealand and Singapore.
Codeshare services are available to more than 55 destinations throughout New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Koru members can use Airpoints to redeem flights by calling our Air New Zealand contact centre.

Star Alliance Gold benefits apply for Koru Gold, Koru Platinum, and Koru Black travelling on Singapore Airlines operated flights.
Koru Platinum and Koru Black may access the SilverKris Lounge in Singapore when travelling on an Air New Zealand or Singapore Airlines flight between Singapore and New Zealand. Please note, no guests are permitted into the SilverKris lounge.
Koru Gold, Koru Platinum, and Koru Black receive access to Star Alliance Gold lounges when travelling on our Star Alliance partners. In Singapore, the KrisFlyer Gold lounge can be used when travelling on Air New Zealand or Singapore Airlines, one guest is permitted into this lounge with the member, as long as they have a boarding pass for a flight departing on the same day.
Nominee benefits
Departing Singapore:
Koru Family Nominees, Koru Platinum Nominees, and Koru Black Nominees may use the SilverKris lounge in Singapore when travelling on an Air New Zealand operated flight or a Singapore Airlines operated flight with an Air New Zealand flight number between Singapore and New Zealand. Please note, no guests are permitted into the SilverKris lounge.
Departing New Zealand:
In New Zealand, Koru Family Nominees, Koru Platinum Nominees, and Koru Black Nominees will be able to access the Air New Zealand International Koru Lounges in Auckland or Christchurch when travelling on Singapore Airlines operated flights (with an Air New Zealand ticket and flight number).
No other nominee benefits apply on Singapore Airlines operated flights.

Certain booking classes on Partner Airlines are not eligible to earn Airpoints or Status Points. On a Partner Airline flight, Airpoints and Status Points may be earned on a flight by flight basis rather than a journey basis.
