Flights to Tahiti
We operate non-stop flights to Tahiti direct from Auckland several days a week and also offer flights operated by our codeshare partner, Air Tahiti Nui. Connections across our domestic network make it easy to access flights from Wellington and Christchurch to Tahiti or from anywhere else in New Zealand. For our flights from Auckland to Tahiti the scheduled flight time is five hours.
Important Information
All passengers that travel via Los Angeles International Airport, must be travelling on their own machine readable passports and complete the ESTA online form at least 72 hours prior to departure from the UK.

Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP and include estimated government taxes, fuel surcharge, ticketing and handling fees. Fares are based on payment by debit card. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated above, fares are based on Air New Zealand operated services from London to Los Angeles and onwards to Tahiti with Air Tahiti Nui. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a debit or credit card. Payment with credit card will incur a credit card payment surcharge of £15 per person. Electronic Tickets will be issued for these fares.
Cancellation/Changes - Time/Date changes permitted before each flight departure for a fee of £100 per change. Where the original fare booked is no longer available or applicable for new travel dates, any difference in fare will be also be required for payment in additional to the fee for change. £30 service fee may also apply for changes. Ticket is non-transferable. Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Fare may be used as credit towards a higher Air New Zealand fare. At all times the Non-Refundable portion remains Non-Refundable.
Stopovers - Free stopovers in Los Angeles in each direction.
Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars are permitted to be accrued on these fares. Other airline frequent flyer points/miles may not be eligible on certain fare types.
Minimum/Maximum Stays - 5 day Minimum stay. Maximum stay of 12 months.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2-11 inclusive) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 25% discount. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
