• These Holiday Package Fares are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, however they can be used as credit towards a higher Air New Zealand fare. At all times the non-refundable portion of the original fare remains non-refundable. 
• Changes and amendments
  A "change or amendment" means an alteration to any component of your Holidays Package. After documents have been issued, a fee of £20 per person per one way journey will be imposed on any changes or amendments to your Holidays Package. In addition to this, any amendments to your Holidays Package will require the cancellation of your complete Holidays Package booking and a new booking to be initiated. If this results in an increase in price of your Holidays Package, you will also have to pay the difference between the original price and the new price. In addition, you will also have to pay any cancellation or amendment fees levied by suppliers, i.e. airlines, properties, ground/cruise operators.
• This Holidays Package Fare is eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™ (Air New Zealand's frequent flyer programme currency). Members of Air New Zealand's Partner Airline frequent flyer programs are not eligible to accrue points/miles when flights are booked in P, K, G, S or L classes.
• This Holidays Package Fare can not be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars, or companion tickets.
• The fare level for children (2 - 11 years) is 75% of the applicable adult fare if accompanied by an adult.
• One infant (0 - 23 months) not requiring a seat may travel with each adult at the infant fare level (free of charge for domestic New Zealand flights or 10% of the applicable adult fare for international flights), with subsequent infants travelling at the child fare level.
• Passenger Expenses: The carrier(s) shall not absorb passenger expenses.
• Air New Zealand reserves the right to withdraw/amend this fare at any time at its sole discretion.
• If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited. In addition, you will be charged fees for cancellations or alterations or changes to your Holidays Package. Please read the Air New Zealand Holidays Booking Conditions carefully.

• These Holiday Package Fares have a £150 cancellation fee and are non-transferable to another person.
• Changes and amendments

After documents have been issued, a fee of £20 per person per one way journey will be imposed on any changes or amendments to your Holidays Package. In addition to this, any amendments to your Holidays Package will require the cancellation of your complete Holidays Package booking and a new booking to be initiated. In addition, you will also have to pay any cancellation or amendment fees levied by Suppliers, i.e. airlines, properties, ground/cruise operators.
• These Holidays Package Fares are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and where applicable, any application for a refund must be made during this 12 month period.
• Airpoints™ members will earn Airpoints Dollars when travelling on these Holidays Package Fares.
