All passengers that travel via Los Angeles International Airport, must be travelling on their own machine readable passports and complete the ESTA online form at least 72 hours prior to departure from the UK.

Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP and include estimated government taxes, fuel surcharge, ticketing and handling fees. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated above, fares are based on non-stop routings on Air New Zealand operated services from London to Los Angeles. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a debit or credit card. Electronic Tickets will be issued for these fares.
Cancellation/Changes - Date changes not requiring a reissue of ticket are free of charge, subject to same booking class being available on the new date. £25 service fee may apply. Rerouting permitted, however £25 service fee may apply, and fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value. Tickets are non-transferable and have a 50% cancellation fee. After departure from the UK, all fares are non-refundable. No show penalty is £150.

Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints and STAR Alliance Frequent flyer points/miles accural is permitted. Members of other airline frequent flyer programs, should check with their member guide.
Minimum/Maximum Stay - Maximum stay is 12 months. Minimum stay required is a Saturday night.
Advanced Purchase - Fares must be purchased and confirmed at least 28 days before departure.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2 - 11 years) pay 100% of adult fare. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount off adult fare, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
