Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP. Round trip airfare per person on specified Air New Zealand and Virgin Atlantic flights in Economy Class. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF ONE VIRGIN ATLANTIC SECTOR IN THE BOOKING. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Other restrictions may apply. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Taxes - Fares listed include estimated government taxes, ticketing and handling fees. Estimated tax component includes a fuel surcharge fee of £109 per one-way Air New Zealand journey. Taxes are subject to currency fluctuation and routing. Estimated taxes are based on non-stop routings only (when stopovers are made taxes may vary/increase).
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. E-tickets will be processed for bookings on this fare.
Cancellation/Changes - Date changes are permitted free of charge within ticket validity and same booking class being available, however £20 service will apply. Tickets must be revalidated by an Air New Zealand office. Rerouting permitted however fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value, and £20 service fee applies. Tickets are non-transferable. Fares are non-refundable. Other fares have a £150 cancellation fee. After departure, all fares are non refundable. No show penalty is £150.
Stopovers - Free stopovers are permitted in Shanghai, Tokyo or San Francisco. Stopovers are also permitted in Auckland in both directions when Wellington or Christchurch is the final destination.
Frequent Flyer - Eligible for accrual of Airpoints Dollars on Air New Zealand operated services. Other airline frequent flyer program members should check with their airlines program guide
Minimum/Maximum Stays - There is no Minimum stay. Maximum stay is 12 months.
Children/Infants - Accompanied children aged 2-11 years pay 75% of adult fare. Accompanied infants aged under 2 years, pay 10% of adult fare, however are not entitled to a seat. They must fly in the same seat as the accompanying adult. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel visa, or other documentation required for international travel including documentation to transit Japan, Hong Kong, China and the USA, and to enter New Zealand. Baggage Allowance - The checked-in baggage allowance on flights between London/Heathrow, via Asia (Hong Kong, Japan or China) to New Zealand and vice versa is 20kgs per adult and child. The checked-in baggage allowance on flights between London/Heathrow, via USA (San Francisco or Los Angeles) to New Zealand and vice versa is 2 pieces, at a maximum weight of 23 kgs per piece, per adult and child.
