Air New Zealand operate daily services from London/Heathrow airport, with the option of adding connecting flights from UK Regional departure points using our partner airline BMI.
The Business Premier seat converts from a comfortable reclining leather armchair with ottoman footrest, into one of the biggest beds in the air. Each seat when in bed mode, measures 22 inches at the base to a massive 33 inches wide around the shoulders, and an impressive 6 foot 7.5 inches long. With the beds come new larger pillows and a duvet to snuggle into. Every seat has aisle access; a 10.4 inch high-resolution screen, with on-demand video (allowing you to start, fast forward, and rewind when you want) and audio capabilities; in-seat power port (only fits EU/NZ/US/AU plugs. Needs UK adaptor); and increased personal items storage within the ottoman. The ottoman even doubles as a comfortable visitors seat, perfect for entertaining a guest.

Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP. Travel will be in the Business Premier class cabin. UK Regional departures on BMI can be added for GBP50 per one way journey from Aberdeen and Manchester. Travel will be in the Economy Class cabin on BMI. UK Regional departures on BMI can be added for GBP135 per one way journey from Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Travel will be in the Business Class cabin on BMI. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Taxes - Fares listed include estimated government taxes, ticketing and handling fees. Estimated tax component includes a fuel surcharge fee of £66 per one-way Air New Zealand journey. Taxes and fuel surcharge are subject to currency fluctuation and routing. Estimated tax and fuel surcharge are based on using NZ1 London/Heathrow to Los Angeles and NZ2 Los Angeles to London/Heathrow services. Taxes will change if feeder flights with BMI are chosen.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. E-Tickets will be processed for bookings on this fare.
Cancellation/Changes - Date changes not requiring a reissue of ticket are free of charge, subject to same booking class being available on the new date. £20 service fee may apply. Rerouting permitted, however £20 service fee may apply, and fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value. Tickets are non-transferable and have a 50% cancellation fee. After departure from the UK, all fares are non-refundable. No show penalty is £150.

Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints and STAR Alliance Frequent flyer points/miles accural is permitted. Members of other airline frequent flyer programs, should check with their member guide.
Maximum Stay - Maximum stay is 6 months.
Advance Purchase - tickets must be purchased at least 28 days before departure.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2 - 11 years) pay 100% of adult fare. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount off adult fare, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel visa, or other documentation required for international travel including documentation to enter the USA. Baggage Allowance - There is a maximum of 2 pieces of checked-in baggage per adult and child, with each piece a maximum weight of 32kgs per piece. Size limitations also apply.
