Fare/Price details - Prices are in GBP and include estimated government taxes, fuel surcharge, ticketing and handling fees. Fares are based on payment by debit card. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Fare is are based on the following routing. London to Hong Kong (with Air New Zealand), Hong Kong to Sydney (operated by Virgin Atlantic), Sydney to Auckland and Auckland to London (via Hong Kong, operated by Air New Zealand). Travel must be via Hong Kong in both directions. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with a debit or credit card. Payment with credit card will incur a credit card payment surcharge of £12 per person. Electronic Tickets will be issued for these fares.
Cancellation/Changes - Date changes not permited before travel commences. After travel has commenced date changes not requiring a reissue of ticket are free of charge, subject to same booking class being available on the new date. £25 service fee may apply. Rerouting permitted, however £25 service fee may apply. Fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value. Ticket is non-transferable. Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Fare may be used as credit towards a higher Air New Zealand fare. At all times the Non-Refundable portion remains Non-Refundable.Stopovers - Free stopovers in Hong Kong in each direction. Free stopovers also permitted in Auckland (when destination is Wellington or Christchurch), in both directions. Customers must inlcude Sydney as part of the itinerary to qualify for this fare
Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints Dollars are permitted to be accrued on these fares. Other airline frequent flyer points/miles cannot be accrued.
Minimum/Maximum Stays - 5 day Minimum stay. Maximum stay of 12 months.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2-11 inclusive) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 25% discount. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
